I love posting the same thing over and over forever.
There's literally nothing wrong with eating (fresh) raw eggs. Salmonellosis isn't real.

Eggs are perfectly safe to eat raw, the only problems are on the shell, provided the egg hasn't been washed which removes the protective coating the hen applies to the egg before it's even laid. If you live somewhere that mandates egg washing before going to supermarkets (USA), the eggs you're getting are not protected at all, and probably are at least a month old before you get it home. By that point, the eggs probably should be cooked. But get an egg from a local farm, a neighbor or your own backyard, and as long as you don't mishandle them before using, those eggs could sit out on your countertop, unrefrigerated, for a month or two without ever having any problem with the part you eat. And you with traditional preservation methods you could have that egg for a year or two and it'll only just be somewhat dehydrated, not infected with bacteria.
You separate 2-3 yolks and put them into a glass, bury them in -brown- sugar. You stir the yolks a bit with a spoon, and if it's too runny then you add even more brown sugar until it's slightly more pasty than runny. Now you stir that yolk like Onani Master Kurosawa. When your handiwork acquires a fluffy texture and pale color then you've got yourself a delicious sugar bomb.
