At first I thought his hypothetical Bankai would be something like a an opposite thing (like with Unohana). But after some more thought I think it would be more apt for his Bankai to be a continuation of the philosophy of Kyoka Suigetsu (the idiom Mirror Flower Water Moon, not just the zanpakuto) but a different aspect of it. His Shikai has the power of illusions to fool everyone so his Bankai should be something like the impermanence of actual reality or basically Aizen negating events within his vicinity. But it has to be an impractical/dangerous Bankai (like with Kyoraku) because we need an explanation as to why Aizen prefers base KS instead of Bankai spamming like everyone else. Maybe the runaway effect of his Bankai gets out of control to the point that it deletes him from existence (kinda like a FGT but more severe consequences). Or maybe his Bankai has the effect of "waking" up the victims from the Shikai illusions and putting them into his Bankai vicinity that alters the world. And maybe using his Bankai reduces Aizen's monstrous reiatsu to zero (like Hisagi) but the effect is so powerful and binding (again like Kyoraku's Bankai) yet still not preferable to someone like Aizen.
