Uryu could’ve been one of the greatest characters of TYBW.
A Quincy caught between Yhwach, his Quincy heritage and his bond with Ichigo his role could’ve been so much deeper than simply acting like a tsundere toward everyone.
Imagine Uryu genuinely struggling with his loyalty, questioning Yhwach’s ideology, mastering Antithesis and ultimately choosing his own path as the Quincy who stands against the future Yhwach envisioned.
TYBW had everything to make Uryu legendary… but what a waste of potential.

Isn't that exactly what he's doing? Am I just a midwit for thinking this?
