Supposedly at season 5 or something, depending on the pace and how far along she is in her story plans. This is mostly a financial thing, as ending them at the same time means the series will be at its most popular and thus she stands to sell the most volumes as people give in to the hype upon the series ending

Basically everyone tends to agree that the anime is better than the manga specifically because it's so faithful and it takes what's already a good story and good characters and elevates it with excellent animation, music, direction, etc. Having them both end at the same time would be cool
