I mean, it just kept getting weirder and weirder, so perhaps the author just didn't have enough strangeness to keep the plot going. But kind of sad to find out about more, just for it to shut down like that.Best to just keep things to the four manga volumes and be satisfied with that. Or just the anime, if you prefer.
