They probably have all the chapters translated but they don't want to dump them all at once. Just read the Spanish TL (which is up to date) and have Google Translate on. That's what I do. It doesn't take that much longer. You're not translating everything. You can infer like at least 30-40 percent of what's happening just by looking at the panels.
