Read 4 volumes in one sitting, it's just way too addictive. But I heard that the anime is trash, is it true?

If you expect the anime to have a lot of sakuga fights you will be disappointed, but the ecchi scenes are great, so in a way it succeeded.

The fights are better in season 1 but the ecchi is much, much better in season 2

Season 1: the art is way worse than the manga and everyone looks off-model, and they cut or obscured way too much of the ecchi
Season 2: the art is much better and much closer to the anime designs, but the direction is uninspired to absent, and the actual animation similarly underwhelming. Ecchi is improved
