Nothing came of it in the manga, but unlike some other setups for unresolved plot threads the scar was not removed from TYBW anime. As it was established, Fullbringers are born from a parent attacked by a Hollow, and it fits.>Ryuuken knows about FullbringersA piece of inderect evidence, byt why would Ryuuken be even aware of the existence of Fullbringers? They're very obscure. don't really live in Karakura and have barely any connection to Quincy (unless there is some arcane lore about the connection in Ishida library).
