Fans of yuri really have no reason to complain. In this season alone, they got two (One hard confirmed) yuri series. Sure, it may not be as many as fans of normal/regular love series get every season, but better than nothing, right? You people should really be more appreciative and less greedy.
I don't like this idea of love ultimately being this gentle harmonizing/healing force that fixes everything. It should be something that shakes and shatters you. True love should be disruptive/destructive, especially when you're dabbling in themes of forbidden love. We sort of see this with Grace and how her love led her to killing the object of her love. We see the same thing with Lara who almost killed the prince. We see the ruin of the merpeople brought about because of love.Christianity is a main theme in the original story and isn't christianity about a dude who gets violently crucified because of his message of universal love? Not a very gentle thing.
