In terms of main heroines being sidelined, IIRC Clana didn't actually end up doing very much after her arc concluded, and Irina's entire deal with being a dragon was postponed for hundreds of chapters and then just randomly thrown in at the end as if to check off that tickbox, the other main heroines were at least still heavily involved with P=Ferloche being the most so but their screentime naturally decreased compared to earlier parts because of the author having to make room for Ruby entering and stealing the entire show. Not to say that Ruby wasn't a good heroine as well because she was, but that's what happens when you need to suddenly have as much development in the final quarter as everyone else did across the first three quarters.
