I think I realised something. The main reason Kishi writes women the way he does is probably because he thinks women being incompetent makes them more endearing. I feel like that would explain a lot. Like, when he writes Sakura constantly crying like a pathetic bitch and being absolutely powerless to do anything about Sasuke, or when he makes Hinata be super weak and basically just a lesser Neji, or when he makes Karin constantly crawl back to Sasuke when he doesn't give a shit about her, he probably finds that cute in a weird way. So it's not necessarily his hate for women, but probably just his view on how he can make them more likable.
