Here they meet Tida on the way and she ends up joining them on their dungeon run. At some point within the dungeon they split up and Tida solo-confronts some kind of cultist who can control monsters and she manages to slaughter tens or even hundreds of them on her own, showing that she is more than just some random wandering nun. Meanwhile Ellie finds a mysterious little girl who comes out of the corpse of a drake and Ellie decides to just adopt her as her daughter. They return with the material for the cure and the epidemic gets resolved. At a later point Tida appears again to help save that newly adopted daughter of Ellie's and other kidnapped children and Tida even reveals her own "true identity" but I'll leave it at that.
