I got fed up with how toned-down this season was. If there's to be a new production contract, maybe they'll find their balls in the meantime.One would think this serious is a great merchandising opportunity, but it's really not there. I would say the level of merch is very low compared to the popularity of the show. There's such a big cast of girls and some great character designs, so I don't understand.

One thing that weighed on my mind about the cut stuff this season above anything else was how it would affect Rentarou's abnormal montage for Kiki's family intro. Honestly, so far his abnormality level is now lower than Mangatarou, but honestly the cuts thankfully did not make as big of a dent to this scene as I feared, still has nice enough bloat to it to blow Kiki's mind. And there's always a chance that they'll revisit some skipped chapters like Lap Pillow to re-add some girth to Animetarou's abnormal level, as long ss they get revisted before Kiki's intro of course. We have yet to see how much more of these scenes might get skipped in the next season though, but I'd say a lot of them are safe.
Full grown Kusuri is tragically underutilized.
