Imagine being so popular that after murdering several scouts, Squad Levi, being asleep, offscreen, for years does nothing to affect the conclusion of your character. Annie probably got the best ending out of everyone.

Man, the female titan arc was so good. If you can compartmentalize your thinking it actually endures the test of time and remains fantastic to this day.
This was the peak of the manga. Every chapter leading up to this was pure kino and after this panel it’s no exaggeration to say it was all downhill from here.

Also Connie's attempted murder is immediately brushed under the rug and forgotten in the next chapter. Fucking insane writing kek.
