Very difficult choice this season and Grow Up Show was already posted, so I'll pick Gun Blaze Vengeance (ft. Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha) using my 'performed by a cast member' bias (not that Nana Mizuki gets any significant screentime despite being a main character): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_gBcPnxRXDY
>ED
It's probably from You and I are Polar Opposites, although Dodge Danko's is a strong contender: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FlqDBh8QjZk
Any other series with songs performed by the cast this season?

Yani Neko, no contest. Probably the most SHAFT ED/OP that didn't come from SHAFT themselves.

I haven't listened to the full songs for some of them, so this is only for the TV size.

Yomi no Tsugai's ED
Overall I can't say it's the best but at 0:50 when the singer goes from light and airy to almost growling out three notes. Those three seconds always hit harder than anything this season.

I also liked Hanaori's ED. Nigejozu's OP is also pretty good along with the switcheroo they did for it. I also liked the ED too, it made me feel nostalgic like it was an ED from an older anime.
Still gotta catch up with the other stuff I wanted to watch this season, I've been putting it off.
