Frieren is used to physical battles, when she first battles a demon in the anime the demon strings her up to the ceiling trying to crush her throat, she doesn't even feel it due to her protection. Most demons are physical fighters so she's quite used to dealing with it. She has infinite magic spells she rarely uses because there's no reason to use most of them when Flight + Zoltrack is enough. After all Zoltrack is literally an instant death spell unless you have a perfect counter for it, even if its become common over the years its still a perfect spell unless you can create constant barriers. Story hasn't ever bothered to show her limits very much because she's extremely ancient.
