So what is his tax policy? Does he even have some? Would he collect taxes from Goku and his descendants, if Bulma didn't support him? He is their monarch after all. Does he have any noteworthy social policies? He didn't seem to be interested in Gohan growing up to be a warrior at all, so I guess homeschooling is allowed in his system. I just don't exactly know how Vegeta's informal monarchy works, where he only claims rulership over the other Saiyans, but there are only like 6 Saiyans and Half-Saiyans alive. Also has he prepared Trunks at all to take over the mantle of "Prince of all Saiyans"? Or is his strategy to form a kind of corporatist Monarchy, which also has authority over Humanity through their business ventures?
