What are some series you are conflicted about? Maybe you would like to love it but something holds it back for you, or it has memorable parts but is otherwise not very good I thought most of the Yuusha Yamemasu anime was pretty bad and that you'd miss basically nothing by skipping it, but I thought the parts about Leo's past and his malfunctioning and the conflicts it brings up in the last couple of episodes were really, really good. I guess they didn't really have time process it, but I did think it was a little weird everyone treated him like he was just making the wrong choices when he's not even human to begin with and it's more like a machine already doing what it wasn't designed for breaking down. I thought of it kind of like schizophrenia if it were in a regular human brain.I don't know how it compares to the source material, haven't read it.
Was very disappointed with this show, not enough ecchi content, too much attention was given to the side character's mellow drama and not enough attention was given to the alien cat girls. I really wanted to like this show but was just uninterested.
Shiboyugi for me. I love the direction of the anime (unpopular opinion apparently) but the writing constantly oscillates between conceptually being extremely my thing and then fucking up the execution in the most stupid way imaginable.

Uma Musume.S1 is forgettable as fuck. It was forgotten until s2 and the game exploded in popularity, but the fans (read: posers) will tell you it has always been great.Umayon and the youtube shorts are fun, and that's all they need to be.S2 is great, but at the same time I'm not into Teio and her winning at the end didn't feel that great, because the catharsis came with Turbo in the previous episode.Road to the Top is meh. NTR is a typical shounen protagonist, and Amiya Vega sucks. I expected Opera to be the worst out of them, but she ended up saving the entire thing.Dipped out of Cinderella Grey after the first 13 episodes because I just couldn't care about anything happeningIt's also one of those series that people say is great because there are other people saying it's great.Kill Kitasan Black and keibafags (you were ok back in 2018; now you're insufferable).
