To be fair, that's quite a subjective thing to assess and not exactly something one should trust others to assess for oneself. For me, I think Wortenia Senki, which I am mostly caught up with except for maybe like one or two volumes behind the official TL release, also has such an issue with a stagnated plot. Like, one of the most recent plots was the MC helping out another nation against the invasion of the big bad empire that summoned him and splendidly did his job on the frontlines, but then a coup happens in the nation he is defending and the new regime tries to backstab the MC, who manages to retreat back to his home turf at the cost of revealing that he knows how to make magical landmines to all his enemies but in exchange manages to take a princess of the previous regime with him (for some reason I don't even remember when he did that and she seems like she just popped out of nowhere to me) and that's that. Things actually changed in the overall scheme of things, but it just felt like filler and a setback and there are so many intricate plot details that get forgotten because each volume is so damn short. Maybe following along the WN as it releases would be a better experience, but I don't know...Do these two suffer from similar problems?
