What I don't like about the Satoru Gojo clone in this manga is that despite being so powerful, he never lifted a finger on all these powerful ghosts haunting Japan who have been getting innocent passerby killed. It took someone like Yayoi to finally do something about these powerful ghosts and now of all a sudden, Gojo clone and his student feel like helping Yayoi and her friends in exorcising ghosts even though they must have ignored a ton of victims by now. Not only that but before Kuubou increased its intelligence after getting a new power-up, the Gojo clone could likely have defeated Kuubou before it even got a chance to murder Yayoi's family so I am really just pissed off about the Gojo clone's existence. At least, Abe no Seimei has an excuse in that he is currently dead and less powerful after most of his shinigami were taken by Taisui and that he can't find anybody to use his book of spells that is written in Ancient Chinese. But really, what is Gojo clone's excuse for leaving all these ghosts alone for so many years, possibly before even Yayoi was born?

Besides that, probably to go around finding prospective talent to train and training said individuals at their temples. Physically speaking, none of them seem to have a way to move around that isn't just regular transport, so I imagine they would rather stay near areas where they can keep watch over actually important targets. Kuubou hasn't really cause massive amounts of deaths besides the train incident, and that was Taisai's fault. Ooboshi only went to find Yayoi because she was a high profile target who just caught Taisai. They don't really have much manpower since it's basically just the guys at the top, their disciples and large number of useless fodder
