My-Th is currently just starting and it's pretty good (Kuuga's writer).Sentai is extremely consistent, nearly every series is viewed fondly to some extent (except Ninninger). Personally I think that Kyoryuger or Kiramager might be good "first" series since they are good shows that are really close to the general formula, they give a good idea on what Sentai as a whole is like even if they aren't really among the top-tier.I've only started to get into Ultraman recently and the OG has aged super well. Tiga is generally considered to be the best. One of the newer series like Orb or Arc might be a good starter show since newer Ultraman shows are made to be 2-cour, they're easier to chew through.There really is a lot of good toku out there.
