And of course Nana doesn't get that she and Nobu have different relationships with Hachi and he's not thinking the way she is and this causes her to lose her shit. She thinks she can help Hachi by struggling for her but Hachi just isn't willing to help herself. Hachi knows her situation with Takumi is not what she truly wants and that she's defaulting to it mostly because she's easily abused and taken advantage of, but she won't even let her friends and the guy she actually substantially loves and knows cares for her as a whole person even help her out because she feels worthless. Everything sucks. Mental illness playing off of mental illness.
