The gameplay is good the whole time even if the third layer is hell, but the story basically disappears halfway through and doesn't come back until the very end. They don't give you nearly enough to do in the fifth layer either for how expansive it is. Basically Bondrewd gives you a fetch quest before the final boss and post game boss and that's it. I was satisfied but get it on sale.

Reg goes through the entire final Hell level from Cave Story with backpack-Nanachi just like in the game it's literally identical down to the enemy placement. The manga is not done until 2040. I love the adventure genre, build a world, allow characters to go discover, fight, survive and experience it though a million different struggles. I guess huge lore draped over it can be cool like LotR, but it's not necessary for me. I guess I can see why some anons are bitching about MiA, but for me it's good as is, no rush

They feel slow because the release schedule has ground to a halt, because now the series is popular and the mangaka can be as lazy as he wants without fear of cancellation. People who followed Iruburu as it came out have retarded opinions about it, but it's amazing when you don't have to wait in the middle of it.
