I never had to worry about being picked for those which was one of the benefits of being a fat hairy guy but there was a guy in speech and debate who got found one about him because the fujos had been using the library printer to print them off and pass them around but had missed a page that then got lumped in with other random unused printed things that were sent to be used for note taking paper for debates. You know what, when I read this as a teen I was more invested in the Sasahara - Ogiue romance angle and didn't consider the Makita case too deeply (or just don't remeber doing so), but looking at it in my late 30s I think Ogiue genuinely did something really awful. It's one thing drawing something fir your own stash, completely different when others get to see it.

Here's what I would have done, if I were in the position of Ogiue's boyfriend: I'd feign ignorance (or, alternatively, nonchalance), but would obsessively practice drawing hentai in secret. Eventually, I'd be good enough at it to draw a doujinshi about her getting raped. She would ideally respond by creating an even more hardcore yaoi work about me, turning this into a competition to see who can come up with the most degenerate fantasies....well, realistically speaking, the rape doujinshi about her would be taken more seriously, and I'd face much greater consequences than she did.
