Erika has been nothing but spoiled by her parents so she has zero reason to be frustrated with them, and while nagi was switched and they briefly entertained the idea of letting him fuck his sister, all they've done with him so far is pay for his sister's tuition, give him a fancy house to live in without parental supervision for two years, and even gave him an internship that would look godly on any resume. Neither of them ever saw the ugly side of soichirou so they'd never get why sokke's acting like this. Parents being better with other children and fucking up bigly with others is legitimately cool to explore and it's a shame they wait until the ass end to fumble it. Doesn't help that sousuke's a mustache twirling villain in this arc and erika hears all of that and goes "well dad forgave himself for everything so why is this a big deal"
