Although I haven't seen the movie yet, the pamphlet goes into a lot of detail.Based on the details and text in the pamphlet, sumimi disbanding makes a lot of sense. First of all, Ave Mujica did not have any major events in the 6 months after their debut ( they even broke the 4th wall on this topic). This led to the president making digs. One night, Saki received a call from her butler, informing her that Sadaharu was about to resign. Sadaharu was Saki and Ave Mujica's biggest patron, so if news about Sadaharu resignation were to come out, Saki's resources would start to dry up. Additionally, Ave Mujica would also be affected since they debuted with the backing of the Togawa group and WWP. These events actually moved quite fast. Saki knew that her decision to restart Ave Mujica would result in backlash against her grandfather but she still went ahead with it. Later at a company dinner, Uika saw that Saki had something on her mind and went to ask her about it. Saki said she was worried that Ave Mujica would have trouble continuing under WWP after Sadaharu resigns. Saki tells Uika she wants to start her own company*. Uika responds to Saki's wishes with a promise. *T/L note - the phrase this person used here can mean when an employee breaks off to start their own company or when a child grows up and moves out to become independent.

However, Uika says that she will leave sumimi to support Saki's vision for Ave Mujica. Katsura tried to persuade Uika to say but Mana said she would support Uika's decision to leave. This scene also confirms what Kakimoto Kodai (MyGO anime director) said in a post MyGO anime interview: Saki used Uika as a bargaining chip in her negotiations with WWP for Ave Mujica's debut. So Katsura only supported Saki's Ave Mujica debut because of the Togawa name. It was explicitly stated that sumimi was personally discovered by Katsura, which makes this overall situation even worse. At the time, Katsura was pretty resentful about sumimi having to suspend work because of Ave Mujica. Now that Uika is leaving sumimi it seems like all of Katsura's work into sumimi has gone to waste. Katsura is not happy about this situation so she will probably not support Ave Mujica in the future. Saki announces at their next meeting that Ave Mujica would be leaving their agency and going independent. 1. Earlier someone who admired Umiri from middle school showed up (Amami). Amami tried to poach Umiri, telling her to break off from Ave Mujica to do her own thing and to follow her dreams. Umiri refused, saying she was Ave Mujica's Timoris. But Umiri had a flashback to that day she saw that scene of CRYCHIC. Umiri was loyal and quit her other bands to join Ave Mujica, but Saki's decision to go independent without telling Umiri made her feel like she was not trustworthy again.

Nyamu is in a difficult position and has nothing else to say. 3. The decision to leave their agency turned out to be a private decision made by UiSaki without consulting any of the other members. This decision was supposedly for the sake of Ave Mujica's future but the process of making this decision seems quite unfair. Sakiko and Uika probably think of Ave Mujica as a "husband and wife business", making decisions on their own without consulting the others (Nyamu/Umiri/Mutsumi). To be honest, Ave Mujica's strongest 3 members are Saki, Uika, and Mutsumi. Saki thinks that going independent after Sadaharu resigns would be the best for Ave Mujica. Uika naturally just follows Saki and Mutsumi is largely indifferent. However Umiri and Nyamu are working class people lol. **T/L: this could be another way of saying Umiri and Nyamu are basically just wageslaves within Ave Mujica, with Saki/Uika being the bossesIt seems that Nyamu could potentially meet up with the Mewtypes in a sequel to resolve some of these issues, but that in itself would result in other issues. Umiri however is visibly distraught about whether or not Ave Mujica can give her what she truly wants - that beautiful scene of CRYCHIC. She felt shaken, since she was a capable bassist who rejected other bands for Ave Mujica - but Ave Mujica's boss makes such an important decision without consulting her. [Something about Umiri's lines and adding a npc] It's almost certain that the sequel will have an Umiri storyline. This narration also starts with Umiri.

Kamikoto explicitly said this movie would be like the Book of Revelation, acting as Ave Mujica's prophecy. With this in mind, the most obvious foreshadowing is either: an upcoming Umiri storyline, why Timoris is the villain in the movie, or the circumstances of why Doloris beefs with Timoris. Even Amoris, who clashes with Umiri, worked with her to send Doloris to hell. (?) It's clear that this movie will be focused on Umiri, Nyamu, and Uika. Saki and Mutsumi will probably be minor characters. Additionally, Kamikoto has mentioned more stories will focus on grown up (adult) things. This probably foreshadows the potential issues Ave Mujica will have after going indepedent in the context of being a commercial band - such as poaching or bribery. This is inevitable as Ave Mujica is the most unique of the 5 Nudori bands in a franchise that already has tons of girl bands lol. This movie is clearly a prologue to season 3.

Assuming the spoilers are indeed correct (I see all of this "info" comes from some retarded pamphlet, which I doubt has all the plot in it) and not the interpretation of whoever wrote that text, I wonder why Sakiko didn't tell Umiri and Nyamu about her wanting to leave the agency. She could have easily told them that her grandpa stepped down as the head of the family, that the CEO of WWP didn't like them (AveMuji) one bit, and that remaining there would likely have a negative impact. This, to Umiri, has little consequence. So, just letting her in on the plan, I'm assuming would be enough. The only one heavily impacted by this is Nyamu, and telling her this would show her that the others respect and value her, which would likely give her a good impression, so that whatever decision she ultimately makes will be in good terms with the rest of the band. Fuck, even if Mutsumi didn't give a fuck, telling her would show good faith, especially after all she had gone through. So, if Sakiko and Uika made these decisions without consulting them then they made an unfair call, since they're a band and they should respect the other members.Then you've got Sumimi. Mana has been one of Uika's few friends, and from what we've seen, she's been quite supportive. Not to mention that Uika also has all the Sumimi fans that have been there for her. Even if it's for Sakiko, giving them all the middle finger just like that is wrong.I hope a good portion of those spoilers are just interpretation, because much of it just feels wrong.
