Every time Sakura gives Naruto a hard time, all the scenes with Sasuke and Karin, the entire Tsunade arc in Part 1, the Tenchi Bridge arc, and so on... People want everything to be perfect, but when things get complicated, that’s when Naruto really shines. God, even the Sarada arc is a good example of character writing. It was like, he screwed up big time in the Kaguya arc, but after that he delivered one of the best arcs in the series, and it’s just soapy drama. I keep wondering if Kishimoto had a way to really go all out with his writing. Maybe it would have been as bad as his brother’s work, but I’d rather have something clunky than something polished and predictable.
