They could beat the shit out of them or tear them apart without the Pillar Men being able to see them, and that's ignoring their special abilities. Giorno and Jolyne would have much harder times, Tusk isn't really well suited to fighting the Pillar Men, and Jojolion is one of the worst works of fiction of all time.
