Not a coincidence it fell off like a cliff, it went from the 3rd best selling manga from last year to barely damn near 20th. No one wants to see an NTR amnesia arc for a year, its a joke. Not to mention the the author said he read a bunch of shojo and we get this ntr subplot trash.

Omega was ruined despite having tournament arcs, the RCT tournament is considered the consensus worst single Kengan arc. In fact the only arcs that don't fall into either "tournament arc" or "slice of life training" categories are the Hunt for Xia arc and the Inside arc, and while neither are very good they're also not really the source of the bad shit that's ruined Omega.
