Best chapter since Alda flashback, maybe even better than that if you view it in isolation vs the double with John's big moment.This arc has been great so far, I was a bit worried at first with the swap to Leon perspective but Rollo and Leon himself have been great. Feels like Leon could actually develop into a proper deutertagonist/secondary perspective now.

He also conveys motion, blurred limbs, etc. really well, while in CSM it oftentimes looks rather awkward, like someone trying to convey speed, but doesn't quite know how to do it, so he just does scribbly outlines and calls it a day (and couldn't be arsed to improve over the course of 24 fucking volumes). Pic related. And before someone accuses me of cherrypicking, the depiction of speed in the rest of the chapter is also kinda ass. There's a few decent panels in there, but overall you'll have to cherry pick the "good" ones.
