The Japanese (and I think Koreans) for some reason usually default to "Heart Failure" or "Cardiac Arrest" when reporting cause of death. Which it could just be that here, but I remember when Abe got shot the news was reporting he died of cardiac arrest in the hospital later. Pic kinda related.
