I get that the point is that Rikka has to work with people she doesn't like to get to her goal, which is fair and something adults do all the time, but the way it's written, it's less of equal cooperation and more her being a doormat. Hizumi gives her a shit demand, the producer follows whatever she says, and Rikka has to follow because "lol she doesn't have the recognition to talk back".
The thing is, in real life, this would be exactly the situation where you need to tell them to fuck off. Hizumi has shown herself as nothing but a giant bitch with no redeeming qualities, the producer is basically her sycophant, if Rikka actually got into a tough situation, realistically they would be the exact kind of people to backstab her without a single thought. I kinda questioned just how good an idea it is to be in a band with people you hate from the first chapter Hizumi appeare, since it's a job where you have to work really close, but with this kind of atmosphere, it's usually better just to leave no matter what the benefits are.
Part of being an adult is being able to work with people you don't know, but another part is also knowing when some people are just not worth working with. As it's written in the manga, the balance of power is just too one-sided and it's too risky to work with such people, they basically don't listen to Rikka's opinion at all, it's just demands. If you get screwed over, it can be worse than if you did nothing at all, and in real life these kinds of people WILL get you screwed over some day.
And if the point is the industry is so competitive Rikka HAS to take the first option she gets, then at least don't do this "I'll prove myself and thaw your cold, cynical heart" crap. Just cooperate as necessary and do nothing more, don't try to be friends. Otherwise it feels like the manga is on Hizumi's side here and Rikka deserves the abuse.
