I know it wasn't the story they were telling, but given with how well they told it I think I would have preferred King dying. They had an easy opportunity for a really kino scene where Kiril is beating the shit out of him and proves he's Talia's dad, but still suggest that he's going to take her to experiment on with Capri. Cue King Standing up a little wobbly. Kiril calls him a cuck loser or whatever. Dramatic shot of kiril going for another haymaker and King activates all his remaining cyberware and either catches, or dodges it and destroys Kiril even with his limited remaining cyberware but fries his brain in the process.It's a little too obvious that they didn't do that on purpose since it's so cliche, but I don't really like how they told the stories, so I'd still have preferred cliche over that.
