In anon’s experience, is it cheaper to do a flat rate bubble mailer for cards (does USPS do that) or just put it in a random bubble mailer and send it out and pay for weight and distance? Also if I want to put in stickers or a small keychain as well in one, do I have to declare it in customs or do you think they won’t notice in the bubble mailer?
