Iyoku has bigger projects, the DB room was created because he wanted to make spin off manga for the different universes. Shueisha never respected the end of the bargain. Then they proposed to him doing it with AI to be close to Toriyama style since most mangajas cant faithfully capture it and at that moment he realised how disgusting and soulless Shueisha really was. DB has the potential to be a super brand like Marvel and DC, with multiple heroes. Shueisha rather sat on their ass and invest in shit that would end up getting cancelled anyways.
