I'm liking the MC here much more already, in contrast. Plus, if I'm right in assuming that the premise is going to be a yandere trying to make her destined relationship go the way she pictures it by any means necessary, while inadvertently solving mysteries on the side, I think there's a lot you could do with it while still keeping it relatively grounded.
