You might be able to slightly improve how some of the geometry and textures are being rendered (and more natural lighting with a skybox will probably help a little bit), but not by much. I think Tina was intending those models to be used for giga-scale stuff, they're never gonna look very good for comparably-sized/interaction content. Honestly, finding good city/landscape models to use for giantess stuff is half the battle. Doubly so if you don't have a super power PC.
