Hey I'm just getting started with stable diffusion, you guys are using NoobAI model for the art? It says that its designed for anime style but I want to make comic style image like what's in the thread.
So far I have ComfyUI installed and I'm reading documentation for installing a model. Keep up the nice work!

There are noobai models that are mixed for more cartoon/wester style. You can also use artist tags and loras to influence the style of your gens.

I wouldn't recommend ComfyUI, its kind of a pain in the butt to set it up to gens stuff. It's great if you want to change specific stuff of how you are genning images, but I feel it takes away from prompting and genning itself.

I recommend forge/reForge over Comfy.

Yeah, you should go with forge/reForge then. Is not a mess to look at and for simple prompting, it should do the job.

Just make sure to put your downloaded stuff in the proper folders, use the proper prompts and have fun.

Any general advice on how to increase 'quality'?
I started out recently and I'm still trying to get a hang of it. Every now and then I get a pretty good output, especially with simpler images, but everything else seems so shaky. I understand that multiple loras and high strengths decreases stability, but even with those cranked quite low, it's rare I even get passable results - and it's often at the cost of the spirit of the image I'm looking for.

You need to give a better definition of quality, what you want on the image.
Multiple loras don´t affect stability, but might be incompatible.
Maybe try adding some quality tokens or using a lighting LoRA.

What's the proper way to do that? I thought you could drag any image made in ComfyUI into the editor and load the workflow that way but in testing it myself by downloading that image, evidently not. Weird because that's my general pipeline; just pull in an image I've already used to have everything already set up just from that.

Ok I skimmed through your workflow.
1. You should set strength CLIP and strength model for loras to same or similar values unless you have good reason not to. 0.4 and 0.25 are typically too low to have a good effect for most loras btw.
2. Adding on to that why the fuck is CLIP strength set to 3 for the second lora?
3. For pony, illust and noob, familiarize yourself with booru tagging, as a rule of thumb if it's not a tag in danbooru don't use it. Drop 8k, Cum in pussy, Uterus, Ovaries, cum filled, cumflated, cum in womb, missionary sex, vaginal sex, green cock. Replace them with danbooru equivalents. "missionary sex, vaginal sex" should become "missionary, vaginal" for example. Ditto for negatives.
Autocomplete plus extension can be your friend here.
4. Speaking of negatives don't use high strength like 1.4. The actual effect of this shit doesn't scale linearly, so you really shouldn't use it above 1.2-1.25, 1.3 if you are really desperate. It starts having wild and unpredictable effects quickly.
5. Chaining to Ksamplers at same resolution is just bizarre and wild. 0.5 is too high denoising for this pointless "refining" you are doing anyway, which explains the smudged details. Either use just one sampler, or add upscale latent by node in between to do upscaling. I would recommend starting with something like 0.25-0.3 denoising.
