Had this dream that was kind of like a video game, in a kind of biopunk setting where humans were mostly cloned to the point of being compatible with most biological slurry. The MCs job was to fight mutants who'd lost their humanity, but every time you got their guts on you they'd be absorbed into you and you'd mutate too, based on whatever traits they had. Of course, with my brain being rotted, this went in a fetishy direction, like some kind of estrogen oil spill in the sewers caused all the mutants and all the mutant blood to cause the MC to start slimming down and growing tits.

Not much to tell, it was like I was watching a hack and slash game like Devil May Cry. MC had dual swords and had to chop mutant freaks to bits, but the more big titty zombimbo blood got on him the more feminine he became.
I thought about it a bit more today, I could see it as a rogue-lite where each enemy you kill unlocks some minor percentage or effect based on the enemies DNA and attributes, and time you die the corporation clones you from the leftovers of your body, but with minor changes based on the mutant corruption you've accrued. Maybe a one-run-only hidden ending, where you side with the mutants and get infinite powers, but if you fail thats it for your save file.
I saw this game on itchio called Club Reverse, which seems like a good tech demo for the trait gaining system I had in mind. desidee.itch.io/club-reverse. If I knew shit about fuck when it came to game design, I'd see about working with them.
