Been using the l0gicx universal as a start, then tweaking little by little, but this is the farthest I've gotten to with gemini, anything more spicy makes it generate the text but in the middle of the image generation it completely wipes that replay and outputs "I'm a large language model and cannot help with that", any tips on how to get even better results from it?

The simplest way is to just "2girls, name1, name2" and avoid mentioning any of their unique features, only the stuff that applies to both, picrel. Let the model figure out what her hair color is or what her clothes look like based on the name only. Anything else you prompt for will likely affect them both.

If you need to go more complex the use regional prompter, lets you prompt specifics for each girl but it's harder to set up.

If you have some time to burn, I would recommend learning how to generate XY charts for comparisons. Especially for these SDXL checkpoints not based on anime models. Since there's no tag standardization you first get messy captioning of the training dataset and then little to no guidance on how things should be prompted for, have to experiment. The longer your prompt the weaker every individual token becomes, so it's best to be concise and use ones that have a clear effect.

This was my obsession for the first year I used Stable Diffusion. For the most part it boils down to "(photorealistic, realism:2)" in your regular prompt and "(drawn, illustrated, CGI, painted, 2D:2)" in your negative prompt.

Not really true. You can install a node pack manually and not have a single idea of what it does.
I use my own workflows but regardless comfy manager is a must have. People just need to have a little more patience when learning something new. Some workflows people download are hot garbage and overly complicated but I have learned a few things from other peoples workflow.

I get that you can gen 2D illustrated images from Flux characters but this is a terrible idea: by default Flux will ignore her design and gen random 3D photorealistic women and even when you throw in enough prompts to get 2D you're rolling the dice.
Take your training images and run them through Civitai's trainer, use its autotagger and target Illustrious or even just SDXL (NOT Pony).
And this time don't make the trigger word a common English word/name: one user there thought 'Britney' could be his character's trigger and half the images were Britney Spears. 'n0va' is fine.
And yes, I tested your model before typing this.

I have not seen a Flux model that doesn't and I doubt I will. My other piece of advice is if you've read and believed any article claiming you can train a LoRA off one image, it's written by an idiot you should block. The results aren't worth it especially if the character is in any way nonhuman in appearance. You MIGHT get lucky but it's still fighting with how inference is supposed to work.

Not in one go at least. You can train a single-image lora then try to generate images with it in slightly different poses, maybe run it at lower strength to get a side view, etc. Now you have more pic to train on, repeat until it's actually usable.

You can do the second pass with one of the DPM line+karras, they're more noisy while Euler tends to smooth things out and get a more airbrushed look.

I have stumbled upon a few olympic diver videos on FB but I can never get to know what's the model, lora or workflow used, practically no results on civitai, any advice? also, I am trying to create a lora of a certain gymnast I had a crush on, it seems to be working after 4000 steps, haven't tried nsfw yet, face is there but her body shape may need some work, is it considered deep fake? You sure about that? I don't think so. Civ and Tensor were quite special: hundreds and hundreds of custom-made models and loras, every possible character and style you can think of. In-depth settings and affordable expenditure rate. I've been on a lookout for alternatives long before today's happening and I haven't seen anything ever remotely close. It's the end of an entire era in free online AI-generating.
