If you do not have much more then a concept ready then fair enough but if you have some ideas then why don't you post them? Specifically the story, the setting (as in actual WW1 or just the tech?) and what kind of depth you are aiming at. That can help with deciding gameplay, if you have a story written and the eroticism is tied to it (often overlooked in incest games) then a ren'py vn with some kind of cyoa war mechanic is really the best bet. If gameplay is your main drive then start by coding a chess game and work your way up from there. Finally the setting will dictate what tactics are actually available, if that detail matters to you. Any setting with the organizational structures of WW1 really limits what you can do and complicates what is available - are you going to code in artillery barrages? Tanks? Planes? An earlier setting might be better unless the world itself is different. Also define rape, is it some grimdark Witcher-esque story where every soldier is just a human orc or is it the MC specifically going around and collecting women to add to menagerie. Also, if you don't care about this sort of detail then fair enough but both of those examples are kind of unwieldy for WW1. It did happen but really not at scale and really not without consequences outside of general societal breakdowns like the Russian Empire collapsing or the Ottoman implosion.
