In fact, the breasts and vaginas look off. Grok has a way, but it doesn't do realism edits like this at all (hard block after bikini moral panic on twitter). Only things close are 3DCG and oil paintings and with some extra trick because the hard block mistakenly detects 3DCG and oil paintings as realism and has to register that the input images aren't actually realism.
