I'm actually using half a face morph of a girl I thought kinda looked like her and a little bit of a face morph from frostbane3d using an actual miqo'te model from the game. Her head shape is actually pretty close to where I want it. I think the main thing I gotta do is play around with the skin texture. ffxiv uses a lower quality texture than anything vam uses and there are already some nice ones I can load to get more of that video game look I want. Also need to find some shitty stiff hair to use that would match the game.

Fox ears are what i've been after. They should be wider and taller than typical cat ears you usually see. Black would probably be best for the color.

In the image the ears in the top right are what would be the most ideal for me. I don't want just triangle ears; I want them to have some actual depth. I also like the way the hair covers them. The top left image shows this too. The hair is kinda pushing up towards the ears. It's not just fur that is sticking straight out like a pipe cleaner. The inner ear color being a pinkish color would be nice too. Again, the top right image shows this well.

I hope I explained this well enough. I know the image is just full of fox ears but the shape and size of them should give you an idea of what I want. There are "fox ears" in vam but they are just very stylized hair edits and I'd rather have something that has more shape and isn't as flat looking.

I mean I get it. Back in my honey select days I tried to switch to vam multiple times but always got filtered by the ui and how clunky everything is. I just had to power through it and watch youtube videos explaining things. Eventually you get used to how things work and can let your autism run free. I will admit though vam isn't for people that don't wanna get their hands dirty and learn how to edit things. Most scenes will run just fine without any additional interaction but you'll get the most out of vam learning how to do the little things.

It's only 10% as difficult as AI like wan or ltx. It's difficult to say what's better. I got 2 5060ti's on black friday 2025 bc running voxta + vam really socks on 8gb vram. For changing the scene it usually involves grabbing the character mover and then going into acidbubbles timeline, deleting unwanted actions or copying and pasting the new pose and then saving. Try to practice w swsx 50 pose scenes.

It takes time. Now is probably one of the best times to get into it. Most things have video guides. There are shortcut plugins for plugins that were meant to be shortcuts. If you have a weekend free I 'd say take it to brush up.

I pirated the paid version of Honeycam years ago. I like it because of all the settings which also show you what the file size will be and you can edit what you recorded pretty easily. It's even still being updated. I sometimes use obs to record things but you don't really have much control over the output.
