How do I speak better? I my voice isn't fluid, the tone sucks, the enunciation isn't good. I hate it.

Read aloud from books before bed
Watch sitcoms

speak lower and slower than your natural voice. you can have a high pitched nerd voice but if you are in control of your cadence people will find it endearing

Hire a vocal coach, look into public speaking, read aloud into a microphone and make changes to how you speak based on the recording.

imitate people's speeches that you like
I used to do that while learning japanese and the way I speak japanese improved dramatically, even my teachers complimented it.
I guess I did that as a kid for my mother language too because it was just natural for me to do it, but I don't remember.

See a vocal coach.

Or if you can't afford that, buy a copy of "Your Voice and How to Use It" by Cicely Berry.
