Hello /adv/, this might sound weird but when moving I sort of have to think about moving my body instead of achieving the goal of moving, I think that the condition causing that has also caused my brain to build this system of passive second-guessing and laziness, and I am 100% sure it's because i spend most of the time interacting with a screen instead of my surroundings. So obviously I came to the conclusion that my body needs some sort of positive reinforcement therapy about moving around, but I already exercise with intensity and intent a couple of times a week, so I feel like the options boil down to:>higher-catharsis and reactionary activitieslike spearing salmon in a river>or far more frequent low-catharsis exerciselike jogging i guessbut like uh that sure sounds like a big time investment doesn't it?Is there any way to fix it without staying away from computers and not putting so much time into physical activity?

eating red meat, smoking (virgin pure tobacco) and drinking coffee are things to make you more bound to the earth, makes you hardeneating vegetables, things that in general grow ontop of the soil under the direct sun, no meat and drinking tea, makes one lofty and less bound to the ground/earthwhy do you think mongols have great teeth (eating meat and drinking milk)and britons who drink tea 5 times a day, crooked teeth?idk if i comprehended your question correctly op. you might want to rephrase that
