How do I get over a breakup as fast as possible? I'm a 30 year old male and we were together for almost two years. We weren't toxic to each other at the end so there's no hatred towards her like their was with my last serious relationship. .
I just can't with it all, she was my life partner I shared everything and everyday with for so long and now she's gone getting fucked by someone else.

I'll be real with you, there's no way to magically speed things up and it's simply because it all depends on you, on how much you cling to the past and memories, the only way to speed things up is to mentalize yourself into accepting reality as it is, it's a process and like any other process you're the one to set up it's variables and you're the only one that can make things smoother and effective, accept what you can't change and change what you can, I'm really sorry you are going through this, but truth is you can only see it as a continuation in your day to day, if you want to get above the water you gotta swim up.

>now she's gone getting fucked by someone else.

fuck = sex and you didn't take commitment to the rest of your life, did you?

GF = lets fuck until one of us find some one for marriage

So you lived in a sin and now suffer. How about ladies first ?

Embrace sadness and take a few minutes out of every day to have a good cry.

Honestly, there's no way quick way through this; you're going to feel like shit for the next six months. The main thing to do is give yourself other things to think about and other things to enjoy. If there's somewhere you've been vaguely intending to make a trip to for several years but haven't got round to it, now is the time to do it. Or read a book you've always wanted to read, try a new restaurant, stuff like that.

M. Anon nobody owns another person. First and foremost you’re each your own person. Will you feel better knowing she’s having worst fucking? Why or why not?
