Long story short. There was a tiny driving space, not a real road, with only one way driving. It is very short, the size of two normal cars, and it's possible to drive there only very slowly. It happened that I drove the wrong way, and there were undercover cops. The cop got very angry and said he will revoke my driving licence. I think his reaction was exaggerated. There was no danger at all. A fine is enough. Is there any way to get a lawyer and explain that the cop's reaction was exaggerated and save my driving licence?

>>33638903Depends on what country you live in, I'm assuming you're going to need to take this to court regardless which isn't as scary as it sounds, happens every day. If you're a first time offender they will likely allow for some sort of leniency and still allow you to drive, but the key is to be incredibly apologetic and regretful the whole time. They sense a whiff of spite or entitlement coming off you you will be fucked and they will throw the book at you. That's where a lawyer can help if I understand things correctly because they can say things for you that you would look entitled saying. Regardless just under no circumstances tell the judge or whoever you don't think the response was appropriate, just emphasize you need your license in order to work to survive and beg for any way to keep it within reason.
>>33639200Well. I'm an invalid and cannot move without my car. Also, this situation happened, because previously my doctor told me that I'm seriously sick and won't make it for long. I was just looking at the passage, and din't notice the sign. All this happened the same day.
