Have any other anons tried TRE? How did your body react to it? I hoped it would help me with my hypervigilance and anxiety, I have some trauma but I didn't think it was that bad. I ignored the warning on YouTube and did the exercises without supervision, but I had to stop because the shaking got so bad I almost hurt myself. My shoulders kept spasming for at least an hour and I keep getting migraines 4 days later. Did I somehow fuck up? I'd ask an actual provider but there aren't any in my country

Sounds like you had a panic attack with stress migraines. Probably not the goal of tre so I would suggest doing something else to manage your anxiety

It didn't really feel like a panic attack. TRE is supposed to induce tremors, I just didn't expect them to feel so violent. I'm definitely not trying that again any time soon

I once climbed a tree.
