Should I quit if it gets to the point where people underestimate me and don't appreciate my work?
>>33639865You can quit for any reason you like but you should have another job lined up before you quit. Don't burn bridges and be dramatic if you quit either, just give your two weeks and then go ghost after your last day.Really in this job market you should only quit if you're getting withheld pay or some other bullshit. Sadly most places will not appreciate your work, just that work is getting done.
>>33639901you can't get through life with your soul intact without burning some bridges
>>33639865Does it make you happy?
>>33639865no, just do the minimum and look for a new job
>>33640306Nope, not at all.>>33640328Alright
>>33640442>Nope, not at all.Is the money decent? If not, then quit, just because of that.
>>33640462>Is the money decent?Eh not in the slightest. It's quitting time!
Your work is going to take up a very large portion of your life. So don't waste it doing something that isn't personally fulfilling.
>>33641667If you're not happy, get the hell out of that job.Of course don't quit if you desperately need the paycheck etc.But if you desperately need the job then obviously you don't even have room to make these threads
