How long would it take to feel the effects of a shitty diet? Or possibly have serious side effects? Does my diet seem balanced enough? Been having some weird symptoms lately and thinking it could be my dietMy diet isn't very varied and for the past 15 months it's been:>Breakfast:Tea with toast and a spread of either Nutella, peanut butter, jam or honey>Lunch:Either a ham sandwich or a chicken sandwich with a slice of cheese. Sometimes I'll go crazy and have a tuna sandwich or pasta and pesto with cheese but it's rare.>Dinner:Usually chips with meat or fish sometimes with baked beans. Sometimes a pizza or a ready meal chicken tikka masala. Also, been going to McDonalds a lot lately for a quarter pounder meal for either lunch or dinner.>Snacks:Biscuits, chocolates, crisps, sweets, dry roasted peanuts. Like once every couple of months I'll buy some apples or bananas but only if I'm really craving them because I don't like how fast they go off compared to the unhealthy snacks.Think I might not be getting enough vitamins because I had tooth pain like my front tooth was going to fall out because the gum was really receded. Also, right now i'm still really dizzy after finishing drinking 5 hours ago which is unusual for me.
>>33648053You need some fresh green vegetables in there. Not necessarily for nutrients since modern food is so enriched, but for fiber and to cut down on the amount of the shitty processed stuff you will eat. Also needs more protein.Nutrient deficiencies will set on pretty quickly, sailing across the Atlantic would take 3 or 4 months and that was enough time for people to get scurvy without access to Vitamin CAlso to address your lust-provoking picture, I met up IRL recently with a cosplayer e-girl I had been chatting with on IG for several months. Rude, stuck-up and boring women, all these hoes.
>>33648053>>33648092Also since your gum issues might very well be related to Vitamin C, since you need so much of it compared to other vitamins, get some citrus fruit. They're delicious and they'll take weeks to go bad, they even have convenient wrappers.

Depends on the diet. I went on a vegetarian diet and it took about 2 weeks for me to get really sick. I couldn't get all the nutrients I needed. Your "diet" is full of processed foods and empty calories.I would go for one larger home-cooked meal a day and then healthier snacks in between. Occasional sweets are okay but not all the time.
>>33648053I would say shitty diet just feels like ass to eat right away. You just feel it and it doesn't taste any good.
>>33648053Keep a food diary on the calendar. I’m pretty tired of telling you. You will see things when the data is in front of you. Mention how you feel on the calendar.
>>33648053Hello, I had a very shitty diet, realized this, and completely turned it around. As this anon pointed out >>33648092 you'll usually start seeing negative effects around 3-4 months. That being said, if you've never had a good diet, you may not even realize how shitty you're feeling. For me once I adjusted my diet and started taking supplements, I noticed that my anxiety basically melted away. Also I started feeling genuinely happy and my mood greatly improved. Like I'm often just feeling good for no reason now and I walk around with a smile on my face. The human body is really tough and can survive shitty conditions for a long time. However if you want to optimize your body, you gotta take care of your diet and sleep, and work out. Creating dopamine, serotonin, testosterone etc is difficult and takes a lot of resources for your body, so it has to be in good shape to maximize production of those chemicals.>>33648092> I met up IRL recently with a cosplayer e-girlInteresting, I'd love to hear more about this. Are you fit and conventionally handsome? Did you cold-DM her in IG? How do the convo go, etc
